TCU’s starter Brandon Finnegan threw a complete game, but an unearned run in the second inning was enough to give Kansas State the 2-1 win Saturday. With the win, Kansas State also won the series, breaking TCU’s streak of three-straight Big 12 Conference series wins.

After defeating UT-Arlington in Arlington 11-4 Tuesday night, the TCU baseball team will return to Lupton Stadium with a two-game win streak as the Baylor Bears come to Fort Worth. TCU has two Big 12 series wins after the beating Oklahoma State in walk-off fashion Sunday. TCU's other series win came earlier this season against Texas Tech.

Seven runs in the fourth inning were the key to an 11-4 TCU win over the UT-Arlington Mavericks Tuesday night, as the Horned Frogs extended their win streak to two games. TCU found six hits and an error in the fourth inning, starting with Boomer White's leadoff single.

After getting its second Big 12 Conference win, TCU will travel to Arlington to take on the UT-Arlington Mavericks Tuesday night. The game will mark the first road game for the Horned Frogs in April. This will be the 14th game in which TCU has been the away team.

With the bases loaded and TCU down 2-0 against Oklahoma State, Brett Johnson came into the game for one at-bat. If he hit into a double play, it would be the final at-bat of the game. If he made it on base somehow, the Horned Frogs would score at least one run and could still make something happen.
