Due to construction of Amon G. Carter Stadium, TCU has made some changes to the 2011 football schedule.
The Portland State game on Sept. 24 will be moved from 6 p.m. to 1 p.m. The rivalry game against SMU will be moved one day to Saturday, Oct. 1, at 2:30 p.m. and will be televised on CBS Sports Network.
Athletic Director Chris del Conte said the moves to daytime will make it easier to manage parking and traffic amidst construction.
He acknowledged that day games are not ideal to many fans because of weather, but said it is all part of the one-year transition.
The Horned Frogs will be back on campus Wednesday to start their preseason camp, and will start practice Thursday at 4 p.m.
