TCU hosts second-ranked Kansas State in Amon G. Carter Stadium Saturday. Here are 15 facts, figures and statistics about the two teams and the game itself:
0- The number of times TCU head coach Gary Patterson has faced his alma mater. Patterson played linebacker for the Wildcats and graduated from Kansas State in 1983.
2- The number of TCU athletics coaches who are 1983 Kansas State alums. In addition to Gary Patterson, track and field coach Darryl Anderson also graduated from Kansas State in 1983.
8- The number of consecutive years TCU has become bowl eligible. TCU became bowl eligible after a 39-38 double overtime victory over West Virginia.
8- The number of touchdowns Josh Boyce has on the year, including one rushing touchdown. Boyce leads the team in touchdowns on the season.

Women’s basketball grinds out win over Stephen F. Austin
It wasn’t pretty, but TCU got the job done Wednesday night against Stephen F. Austin, winning 60-52 to stay unbeaten at the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum this season.
The Frogs had another slow start, trailing early 12-2. The Ladyjacks had several offensive rebounds early to put the pressure on the Frogs to mount a comeback before halftime.
TCU (5-3) took advantage of good defense and poor shooting by SFA and only trailed by four before Zahna Medley beat the halftime buzzer with a desperation heave to cut the lead to one.
Commencement plans for spring class of 2014 still in discussion
The fall class of 2013 will receive their diplomas at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum, but the spring commencement will likely be held outdoors.
Construction crews are expected to begin work on a $45 million renovation of the coliseum this spring. Plans are already underway to make the spring ceremony an outdoors occasion.
