As the Big 12 Championships conclude, the TCU women’s golf team awaits to see if they are selected for an at-large bid to the NCAA Regionals next month. The Horned Frogs, who have reached the NCAA postseason for 17 consecutive seasons, tied for sixth place at the Big 12 Championships this weekend in Rhodes, Ia.

The TCU women's tennis team will play its last regular season game against Texas Sunday at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center. The No. 25 Horned Frogs dropped to 17-4 overall and 6-2 in the Big 12 after losing to Texas Tech Friday.

The TCU men’s tennis team celebrated its seniors and a 4-3 win over Texas Tech. The victory Friday night squared up the Horned Frogs’ Big 12 record at 2-2 while moving their overall mark to 17-7. Tech dropped to 15-9 overall and 1-3 in league play. TCU ended a four-match edge against Tech dating back to the team’s latest victory in 2008.

The TCU women's tennis team fell 4-3 to Texas Tech Friday at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center. The No. 25 Horned Frogs fell to 6-2 in Big 12 play and 17-4 for the season with the loss.

The flags at Lupton Stadium flew at half-staff on Friday night and the players, coaches and umpires wore red wristbands to honor the victims of the explosion in West, Texas as TCU fell to Baylor 3-2 in the opener of a three game series.

The men’s golf team held on for a narrow victory at Crabapple Course at Capital City Club against Georgia Tech. TCU took three of Friday’s six individual matches.

Four TCU track athletes will compete against professional runners and top collegiate athletes at the 55th Mt. San Antonio College Relays this weekend in California. Ashley Eckhoff, Agnes Kemboi and Tricia Terry will represent the university in the 5,000-meter run and Briyanni Thomas will participate in the 800-meter run.
