TCU 360 is the official website of TCU Student Media. Launched July 1, 2011, TCU 360 is produced by students in the Schieffer School of Journalism. TCU 360 is also the online home for the TCU Daily Skiff, TCU News Now and Image magazine.

The TCU Western equestrian team will add a new rider to its roster in the fall, according to a press release. Western head coach Kindel Walter announced Tuesday that Carley Montemuro will join the Horned Frog equestrian team in the fall after she graduates from William Floyd High School in New York. Walter said that she was excited to have Monemuro join the team.

Jantzen Witte, Co-Scholar Athlete of the Year, was among eight members of the TCU baseball team recognized by Big 12 coaches as all-conference performers on Tuesday. Sophomore pitcher Preston Morrison was named to the first-team, while teammates Witte and freshman pitcher Alex Young were recognized on the second-team.

The Phillips 66 Big 12 Championships baseball tournament scheduled to start on Wednesday in will now begin on Thursday as a result of the tornado that hit Moore, Okla., according to a press release.

This story has been updated to show that $4,964,000 is the amount of total projected expenditures for the 2012-2013 fiscal year. The amount of money that TCU received in grants and contributions in fiscal year 2012 was significantly lower than in FY2011, and with good reason- the university wasn’t actively fundraising to build a stadium in 2012.

C.J Hinojosa proved to be the thorn in TCU’s side, as the Horned Frogs couldn’t pull off the sweep, falling to the Texas Longhorns 3-0. Hinojosa, dating back to Friday’s game, reached base in eight straight at-bats and drove in two runs Saturday, leading the Longhorns to a victory.

What started as a neck-and-neck game turned into an ugly meltdown from the Texas Longhorns, as 4,212 fans saw three Longhorns get ejected and surrender six runs in one inning to the TCU Horned Frogs.

The TCU equestrian team added another rider to its roster today after Hunt Seat coach Logan Fiorentino announced the addition of South Anchorage High School graduate Kari Hancock.  Hancock, who has already been accepted to the John V. Roach Honors College and chosen as a Chancellor's Scholar, will join the team in the fall, according to a press release.
