Almost 200 new students attended the first summer Orientation session Sunday night in the BLUU, according to assistant director of transitions Lindsay Knight. Knight said that 190 new students and over 300 parents and family members attended the event.

The Londoner Pub & Grill, a restaurant sitting in construction for more than a year on University Drive, will hopefully be opened by the end of July, a representative from the restaurant said.

 The pub and grill has a completion date in sight but it is not set in stone, Andrew Hawkes, the representative, said.

Jim Schlossnagle, for the first time since taking the head coaching position at TCU, will not be coaching a Horned Frog team to a regional, as TCU ended its season with a 4-0 loss to Kansas. The Frogs needed to win the tournament in order to advance to regionals, as they entered the tournament with a 28-26 record and a RPI in the high 90s.
