The Frogs look to snap a four-game losing streak
Posted October 17, 2012
Just four days after TCU football defeated Baylor in Waco, the Horned Frog volleyball team will make the same trek down I-35 to play a road match against the Bears.
After 3-0 losses to Big 12 teams the past three weeks, TCU toppled to sixth in the conference rankings. The Frogs are currently on a four-match losing streak and hold a 2-4 record in conference play.
Baylor, slated just one spot behind, has a 1-5 record.
Despite their most recent loss to Kansas State Saturday, the Frogs racked up 37 kills, including a career-high seven kills from freshman Sutton Sunstrum. Her sister, senior Sloane Sunstrum, led the team with 10 kills.
Baylor comes off a loss to OU Friday with a career-high 12 kills by Alyssa Dibbern.
FrogVision will stream TCU’s matches Saturday to viewers with a CBS Sports All-Access subscription.
Wednesday marks the Frogs’ first of two meetings with Baylor this season.
