College students seem to have a reliance on caffeine to get them through lectures and late night study sessions, but there are healthier alternatives to power through the day.

An email sent from the vice chancellor of student affairs, Kathy Cavins-Tull, caused some students to be upset.

It said the Fort Worth Police Department will no longer hand out warnings to students at parties, but Captain Donald Hanlon of the Fort Worth Police Department said the new plan is not a no tolerance policy.

They will still be handing out warnings but will be faster to make arrests when needed.
