JMBLYA stopped in Dallas on May 13 for it’s two-city tour.

JMBLYA, a two-city music tour, made stops in Dallas and Austin and had over 27,000 people in attendance.

The music tour, backed by Scoremore Shows, is known for bringing some of today’s biggest performers and fans said this year’s lineup was the biggest and “LIT-test.”

The 2016 JMBLYA line-up included: Future, Rae Sremmurd, Kevin Gates, Kehlani, Keith Ape, Jazz Cartier, Noodles, Trill Sammy and Dice Soho, and Post Malone. Rapper Travis Scott made a surprise appearance in Austin.

However, the fans were the talk of the day. In Dallas, over 17,000 attendees filled the Coliseum at Fair Park, a record for the music festival according to Scoremore officials.

“The 2015 events in Dallas and New Braunfels brought in roughly 12,000 fans over two days,” wrote Trey Hicks, media coordinator for Giant Noise. “This year’s festival brought over 27,000 guests over two days in both Dallas and downtown Austin. Huge increase.”

“Their energy is amazing,” said rapper, Dice Soho. “It’s a lot of young kids from different types of high schools and colleges.”

Toronto rapper, Jazz Cartier, said he was raised in Texas and felt good to be back.

“The hospitality in Texas is next level,” said Cartier.

There are other music festivals such as Coachella in Indio, Lollapalooza in Chicago, and SXSW in Austin, but performers said JMBLYA’s two-city tour is different.

“I kind of compare it to the overseas like an EDM crowd,” said Breadwinner Ron, rapper Kevin Gates’ DJ. “It’s wild you know everybody’s just turned up and ready.”
