College students seem to have a reliance on caffeine to get them through lectures and late night study sessions, but there are healthier alternatives to power through the day.

McCart Avenue crash results in home damage

    Update: Police officials said the incident was a hit and run. No injuries occurred and the suspected vehicle is still at large.

    A car crashed into the corner of a house at the intersection of McCart Avenue and McPherson Avenue, Saturday night.
    A Jeep Wrangler, the vehicle in question, ran into the house’s front room window causing significant damage.
    Luke Warren, a resident near the crash site, said he heard the commotion at about 11:15 p.m..
    “I was inside when we heard the crash,” Warren said. “It was the sound of screeching tires and a loud boom.”
    Neither the driver nor the owners of the house could not be reached for comment and the cause of the accident is unknown at this time.
