TCU’s beach volleyball had their final match of the Seminole Beach Battle against UNC-Wilmington Saturday canceled due to weather issues in Tallahassee.

The Horned Frogs lost the only match of the day against No. 18 Florida Atlantic. That game was delayed in the beginning due to lightning and later, play was interrupted before the match was called off, giving FAU a 3-1 victory over TCU.

The combo of Cassie House and Haven Hill received the only victory of the day for the Horned Frogs after they defeated the Owls’ Carly Scarborough and Amanda Silva 22-20, 21-15.

TCU will return to action Saturday and Sunday in LSU’s Battle on the Bayou in the final regular-season meet of the 2018 season. The Frogs will battle New Orleans, LSU and Jacksonville State Saturday before closing the tournament against Houston Baptist and Georgia State Sunday.
