Trump attended a Republican rally on Thursday
According to NBC News, Trump mentioned illegal immigrants, jobs and Democrats during a rally on Thursday.
In order to boost the campaign of Josh Hawley, a state attorney general, prior to Election Day, the rally was held in Columbia, MO.
Trump trashed talked McCaskill, Hawley’s democratic opponent, and said a “Democratic congress means more crime and less jobs.”
Joe Manchin’s social media accounts hacked
According to CBS News, Manchin’s social media accounts have been hacked.
Manchin is in the running for Senate against Republican Patrick Morrisey in the state of West Virginia. Manchin is also the only one to vote in favor of the Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Officials have fixed his accounts, but the worry that this happened in the first place is still present.
All Iran sanctions are secure under the nuclear deal
The Trump administration announced today that all Iran sanctions will be secure under the new nuclear deal.
The sanctions were lifted from the deal in 2015 by President Obama, but will be retake effect on Monday.
According to ABC News, the sanctions will penalize countries that don’t stop importing Iranian oil and companies that continue business with blacklisted Iranian individuals.
Trump continues his final weekend of campaigning while holding a strong job report
According to a CNN article, the U.S. economy added 250,000 jobs in the month of October, more than expected.
With this boost, President Trump will finish out his final weekend of campaigning for the midterms on a high note.
The government announced that the unemployment rate held still at 3.7 percent and with Election Day just four days from now, President Trump hopes this will help boost midterm results in favor of the Republicans.
An Arizona Senate candidate drops out of race, endorsing another candidate
According to a Fox News article, Arizona’s third-party candidate, Angela Green, dropped out of the race and then endorsed one of her opponents, Democrat Kyrsten Sinema.
Green claimed that after watching debates and listening to Sinema, she feels they stood a similar stance on many topics.
Although Green’s name will appear on the ballot, this move could give Sinema the upper hand in a tight race.
President Trump wants to make a trade deal with China…apparently
According to the Washington Post, President Trump had a phone call with Chinese President last night.
President Trump asked key cabinet secretaries to draft a potential deal in order to ceasefire during the increasingly tense trade conflict.
President Trump even tweeted out about his conversation, saying their discussion had heavy emphasis on trade and a potential meeting in Argentina that’s in the works.
