After heated debate in the House of Student Representatives meeting, a bill that would have approved a revision of the Constitution of the Student Body did not pass Tuesday night.
The House's ad hoc committee proposed a change to the constitution that would have removed Programming Council as the body responsible for student programming. It would have replaced it with the new programming organization called theCrew, which formed in August.
TheCrew replaced Programming Council this fall as the primary event-planning group in on-campus events.
