Baseball hosts women’s clinic tonight

The TCU baseball team will hold its third annual Frogs for the Cure Women’s Baseball Clinic tonight at the Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility.

The event is presented by Baylor All Saints Medical Center to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

The cost of the event, which starts at 6:30 p.m., is $35 per person or $350 for a table of 10 people. The event is open to women age 21 and up.

Blue Mesa will provide dinner with desserts coming from McKinley’s Fine Bakery and Café and Simply Fondue.

Plans for the event include a meet-and-greet with the coaches and players, a fashion show of the players modeling this year’s uniforms and participants having the opportunity to take batting practice and test the speed of their pitches.

Women’s baseball T-shirts will be sold at the clinic, and all proceeds benefit Komen for the Cure.
