The TCU Staff Assembly met today at 3:30 p.m in the Brown-Lupton University Union Auditorium.

April Brown, Veterans Services Task Force chairwoman, delivered a speech to Staff Assembly members about the Veterans Celebration activities at TCU. The activities begin on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. with a moment of silence at the BLUU for faculty, staff and students.

After, all seven committees of Staff Assembly divided up to review progress of committee tasks to date and assigned new tasks if needed. Each committee also created a draft budget for the rest of the semester.

The assembly is made up of seven committees: College Resource, Committee on Committees, Community Service, Election, Policy and Advocacy, Professional Development and Media and Communications.
