Calling In Action and the Soul Steppers to join for dance recital

Calling In Action and the Soul Steppers will be having their “Jesus Is The Reason For The Season” dance recital Sunday afternoon.

The recital will be at 2 p.m. in the Ballroom of the Brown-Lupton University Union and is open for anyone to attend. Tickets are not needed, as the event is free.

This is the second year that this event has been held Melissa Wren, a senior fashion merchandising and film-television-digital media double major and manager of Calling In Action, said.

Calling in Action is a university organization that allows its members to express their faith through dance according to their website. They practice all types of dance and host weekly bible studies.

The Soul Steppers are also a faith based dance organization on campus that performs step routines. The Soul Steppers’ OrgSync page says that they “get krunk for Christ.”
