The largest graduation class in TCU's history walked the stage Saturday, as 1,599 students graduated in a split Spring Commencement.

Of all the recent alumni, 1,295 received bachelor's degrees and 25 received double degrees. Thirty-two doctorates were awarded and 247 graduate students received master's degrees. Eight graduates finished with a 4.0 grade point average and 467 students received Latin Honors.

Chancellor Victor Boschini delivered the commencement address, as he revisited university memories, encouraged students to succeed in job searches and praised the accomplishments of the 2013 class.

Some of the accomplishments mentioned were TCU's Rose Bowl victory, its national championship in rifle, a civil rights living history bus tour and study abroad explorations.

Graduates Michael Adams and Daniel Floren led the school alma mater and hymns at the cermonies.
