A season-low 7-under 65 placed junior Julien Brun on top of the individual leaderboard Sunday at the Wyoming Cowboy Desert Intercollegiate. Brun led the Frogs to their second third-place finish in a row with an overall score of 849.

The Desert Intercollegiate marks Brun’s seventh tournament title at TCU. The Antibes, France native earned the same title in 2013, leading the Frogs to a first-place finish.

Brun closed the final day of tournament with a final score of 203, while freshman Chelso Barrett rounded out the top 10 with a final score of 212.

The Frogs climbed eleven spots since the tournament began Friday, when TCU finished 14th with a score of 293.

On Saturday, Brun delivered an eagle and four birdies, carding a 6-under 66 for a third-place finish.

Sophomore Paul Barjon shot a season-low of 69 on the second day of tournament. He finished with a final score of 215 to tie for 31st place.

The Frogs will travel to Las Vegas on March 7 to compete in the Southern Highlands Collegiate.
