Four-star recruit Jalon Miller committed to the TCU basketball program Sunday, becoming the Horned Frogs’ first commitment in the Class of 2015.

Ranked as the No. 19 small forward in ESPN’s Class of 2015 rankings, the 6’8 Dallas native tweeted his commitment earlier today.

Miller becomes TCU’s highest-ranked recruit since Karviar Shepherd committed two years ago.

He will look to fill a void on the wing for the Horned Frogs in a small forward position that has underproduced in recent years.

Jalon Miller is the first member of TCU’s 2015 freshman class that will replace seniors Kyan Anderson, Amric Fields, and Trey Zeigler.

Miller also had scholarship offers from West Virginia, Oklahoma, USC, Boise State and La Salle, among other schools.
