Marriage seminar to discuss love, laughter

Love and laughter are part of a seminar to be held this weekend in the 109.

Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage will be held at University Baptist Church on Saturday, April 26 and Sunday, April 27.

“We tell people that it is for those who are married, were married, hope to get married or are wondering why they got married,” Karl Leukert, the event’s organizer wrote in an email. “The information shared will give solid relationship principles that everyone can benefit from.”

The seminar, created by Mark Gungor, is one of the best marriage building seminars in America, Luekert wrote.

“Mark Gungor is very gifted in his ability to share serious information mixed with side-splitting humor,” he wrote in the email. “Those who attend will not only hear things that will be of great benefit to their relationships, but those truths will be tied to the positive and powerful emotion of humor, and they will not be forgotten.”

The seminar offers a mix of advice and laughter for the audience and is designed to be fun for both men and women, Luekert wrote.

The Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage seminar is “something that 99 percent of men will actually enjoy and the women will love as well,” he wrote.

Anyone is welcome to attend the seminar, which starts at 6 p.m. Saturday and 9:15 a.m. Sunday.

Tickets are available for purchase online for $15. For tickets and more information, visit http://www.eventbrite.com/e/man-friendly-marriage-seminar-tickets-10624755931?aff=es2&rank=7.
