Regan McGuire was named Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week after helping TCU to a 3-0 start on the season.

The junior middle blocker was the Most Valuable Player and picked up 26 kills in the Crosstown Classic this weekend.

McGuire had a .575 hitting clip and was also the only player in the Big 12 to hit above .500 for the weekend, peaking at a .579 in the match against the University of Texas at El Paso.

The Flower Mound, Texas native was also a force at the net over the weekend. She put up 1.67 blocks per set and had 15 blocks for the weekend.

TCU travels for the first time this season to San Diego, California for the San Diego State University/University of San Diego Invitational on Sept. 4-5.
