Fort Worth moms host The Best Friend Bazaar

Attention Fort Worth moms! Grab your closest gal pals and head over to the Best Friend Bazaar on April 9.
This event is hosted by FWMB (Fort Worth Moms Blog) and will be from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Joan Katz Breast Center at Baylor Saints Medical Center. The Joan Katz Breast Center (JKBC) works to surround its patients with empathy and hope.
“The JKBC does that so beautifully and we want to cheer them on,” said owner of the Fort Worth Mom’s Blog Emily Youree. “The Fort Worth Moms Blog is passionate about Fort Worth and the women who live here.”
The Best Friend Bazaar has two main purposes. Firstly, the bazaar will raise funds through ticket sales. JKBC will receive 30 percent of the proceeds from ticket sales. Also purchases from vendors will benefit the breast center. The second purpose is to raise awareness about the services JKBC provides to area women and to provide information about women’s health issues.
Moms who go to the event can snag a swag bag and enter to win some fabulous giveaways, even a designer handbag! Enjoy complimentary food and beverages and learn from experts about women’s health issues.
Tickets can be purchased on the blog.
