TCU Police received a report Monday Night of a criminal attempt sexual assault by a known acquaintance, according to an email to students from Sgt. Kelly Ham.

According to the email, the victim was able to resist the suspect’s advances.

TCU Police Chief Steven McGee said the suspect has been banned from campus, and will be arrested if the suspect returns. 

Last Thursday, a female student reported a sexual assault from a known acquaintance in an on-campus residence hall.

TCU police could not comment at this time because The Fort Worth Police Department is currently investigating the offense.
