Get things squared away for the summer.

This is the offer Antonio Pee, an on-campus representative for Campus Cardboard Inc., extended to students when he told them about a storage facility specifically designed for college students.

Pee, who is a hall director for Tom Brown Pete Wright apartments, handed out flyers and answered questions about Campus Cardboard on Wednesday, April 4, outside of the Brown Lupton University Union cafeteria.

Many walked past the Campus Cardboard booth, while others, like Shannon Sweeney a sophomore social work major, considered using the service during the summer.

Campus Cardboard’s bright-orange flyers answered three frequently asked questions, Pee said.

According to the flyer, supply kits, which come with boxes and tape, cost $250 and include the cost of storage for the summer.

Some students asked questions that could not be answered immediately, Pee said.

“Where will all my stuff go?” Pee said many students wanted to know.

This is one reason Miles Davison, a sophomore psychology major, expressed no interest in Campus Cardboard’s services.

A big warehouse with thousands of other boxes was not a space Davison was interested in leaving furniture that he would not need at home, he said.

Pee wrote down questions he could not answer on the spot and will get back to students with the information.
