Fifteen analog channels were pulled from the TCU Connect network on Friday to create a digital-only lineup.
This is just one step in improving TCU Connect as they plan to add more channels and new HD channels before the fall semester, Patti Sellers, supervisor of TCU Connect, said.
“Everything now has gone digital or HD, we had some leftover old analog channels, which are the basic channels and now a lot of those channels offer them in HD so we got rid of the old analog and replaced them,” Sellers said.
Sellers said none of the analog channels have been lost, they are now digital instead of analog.
On-campus residents or faculty can scan their TV to remove the analog channels on your TV's tuner.
Use the menu button on your remote, go into the auto channel search and run the program.
